Trinity Apartments

Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd was engaged by K20 Architects to project manage & construct Trinity Apartments. Trinity Apartments was designed to give equal access to daylight throughout all 24 apartments with the underlying design concept for the project being the notion of Trinity, the coming together of three suburbs, three roads & three aspirations: sustainability, affordability & connection.

Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd completed the development in 2015, achieving a building star rating average of 7.3 stars. All individual apartments achieving ratings as high as 9.1 out of 10 by incorporating passive solar & high thermally efficient building fabric resulting in achieving a benchmark for apartments.

This construction consists of precast concrete panel structure with semi-basement. It comprises of three post tensioned floors with internal columns & onsite reinforced concrete walls. Each unit has its own balcony & large living area.

I have had the pleasure of engaging Gazelle Construction Pty Ltd as builders on several architects administered projects for this office. The projects were varied in size and complexity. They have proved to be highly professional, competent, and co-operative throughout the projects. All projects were delivered on budget and within the required time frame regardless of scale or complexity. Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd are reliable and have always displayed the highest professional standards in both technical and administrative building matters.
