Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd was engaged by a private client to design, project manage & construct their dream family holiday retreat on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. This home was designed with reverse living to encompass the breathtaking front views of Port Philip Bay & rear views of Arthurs Seat State Park to the rear of the home.

Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd completed this residence in 2011. This stunning residence consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 snugs, 4 bathrooms, a first-floor toilet & powder room, 2 large open plan living areas & a large galley kitchen. It has three fabulous balconies & vaulted ceiling to take in the gorgeous views & surroundings.

This construction consists of solid brick veneer ground floor & is complemented with stonework to the front fascade. The use of large exposed galvanized steel columns was used to accentuate the large balcony area. The first-floor roof structure comprises of curved timber trusses to complement the coastal feel. The roof is finished in a durable colour bond metal to resist the elements.

I have had the pleasure of engaging Gazelle Construction Pty Ltd as builders on several architects administered projects for this office. The projects were varied in size and complexity. They have proved to be highly professional, competent, and co-operative throughout the projects. All projects were delivered on budget and within the required time frame regardless of scale or complexity. Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd are reliable and have always displayed the highest professional standards in both technical and administrative building matters. They enjoy the challenge of new assignments and are constantly updating their own development by welcoming and implementing new techniques.
