Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd were contracted by a private developer to design, project manage & construct four contemporary townhouses.

Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd completed this development in 2022. The development consisted of 4 three-bedroom & 2 bathroom units.

This construction consists of brick veneer ground floor, with robust composite light weight cladding to the first floor. A contemporary coastal design with the emphasis on high-quality finishes to all aspects. Comprising of solid timber floors, floor to ceiling tiles, stone tops & a large entertaining area. This development was designed with the empty nester in mind by having the main living areas & the master bedroom on the ground floor.

I have had the pleasure of engaging Gazelle Construction Pty Ltd as builders on several architects administered projects for this office. The projects were varied in size and complexity. They have proved to be highly professional, competent, and co-operative throughout the projects. All projects were delivered on budget and within the required time frame regardless of scale or complexity. Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd are reliable and have always displayed the highest professional standards in both technical and administrative building matters. They enjoy the challenge of new assignments and are constantly updating their own development by welcoming and implementing new techniques.
