Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd was engaged by a private client to design, project manage & construct their dream home. They wanted a family home that could support their family living along with showcasing their own flair for design.

Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd completed this dream family residence in 2011. This residence consists of 4 bedrooms, study, two bathrooms, downstairs toilet & powder room, a large open plan family room, a contemporary kitchen with a butler's pantry & a large parents retreat upstairs.

The construction of this contemporary family home comprises of well insulated external composite materials including Hebel, compressed sheet, & aluminum cladding. To assist in the energy rating commercial grade windows were adopted. Internal finishes were of high quality to compliment the modern design.

I have had the pleasure of engaging Gazelle Construction Pty Ltd as builders on several architects administered projects for this office. The projects were varied in size and complexity. They have proved to be highly professional, competent, and co-operative throughout the projects. All projects were delivered on budget and within the required time frame regardless of scale or complexity. Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd are reliable and have always displayed the highest professional standards in both technical and administrative building matters. They enjoy the challenge of new assignments and are constantly updating their own development by welcoming and implementing new techniques.

I was most impressed with the professional attitude displayed by Gazelle Constructions, in particular their willingness to co-operate in carrying out the works involved and ensuring that the works as specified were completed to everyone's satisfaction.
