Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd were contracted by GHP Architects, to manage & construct a major renovation & extension of the existing dwelling into a contemporary double story family home that keeps some of its old-world charm of the historic Victorian terrace.

Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd completed this development in 2022. This stunning family home consist of a large master bedroom with ensuite & parents retreat, two bedrooms with adjoining bathroom, a large living & meals area, along with a stunning open plan kitchen that overlooks the beautifully renovated rear courtyard & garden.

The existing single story dwelling was constructed in double brick. The rear was extended to achieve a double story modern design to complement the existing dwelling. This major renovation comprised of natural timber finishes combined with an internal light pallet to open up the internal area with the use of light from the double glazed windows & the strategically placed skylight.

I have had the pleasure of engaging Gazelle Construction Pty Ltd as builders on several architects administered projects for this office. The projects were varied in size and complexity. They have proved to be highly professional, competent, and co-operative throughout the projects. All projects were delivered on budget and within the required time frame regardless of scale or complexity. Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd are reliable and have always displayed the highest professional standards in both technical and administrative building matters. They enjoy the challenge of new assignments and are constantly updating their own development by welcoming and implementing new techniques.

I was most impressed with the professional attitude displayed by Gazelle Constructions, in particular their willingness to co-operate in carrying out the works involved and ensuring that the works as specified were completed to everyone's satisfaction.
