Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd were contracted by a private developer to design, project manage & construct 4 contemporary townhouses, overlooking the Werribee river. The developer wanted to take full advantage of the location with the easy access to the Werribee river walking & bicycle path, along with the location's close proximity to the main street precinct of Werribee.

Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd completed this development in 2017. The development consisted of 3 two-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouses & 1 three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom with direct river access townhouse. The town houses were designed to be contemporary to complement our client's needs.

This construction consists of solid brick veneer ground floor, with a mix of compressed sheet & rendered finish to the first floor. This development was designed with energy rating in mind to provide comfortable & economical living for the residence.

I have had the pleasure of engaging Gazelle Construction Pty Ltd as builders on several architects administered projects for this office. The projects were varied in size and complexity. They have proved to be highly professional, competent, and co-operative throughout the projects. All projects were delivered on budget and within the required time frame regardless of scale or complexity. Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd are reliable and have always displayed the highest professional standards in both technical and administrative building matters. They enjoy the challenge of new assignments and are constantly updating their own development by welcoming and implementing new techniques.
