Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd was successful in tendering for the contract to project manage & construct the architecturally designed new senior school block of 10 classrooms, a middle school classroom facility with external playground facilities constructed within the middle of the school, a new administration block. The renovation of the teacher's office & existing classrooms.

The construction of this project consists of structural steel & timber framed walls. The exterior was constructed in brick work. The floors were constructed of mainly compressed concrete with covering of vinyl in wet areas & commercial grade carpet in classrooms.

The complex project was delivered on time, on budget & with limited disruption to the life of the school.

I have had the pleasure of engaging Gazelle Construction Pty Ltd as builders on several architects administered projects for this office. The projects were varied in size and complexity. They have proved to be highly professional, competent, and co-operative throughout the projects. All projects were delivered on budget and within the required time frame regardless of scale or complexity. Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd are reliable and have always displayed the highest professional standards in both technical and administrative building matters. They enjoy the challenge of new assignments and are constantly updating their own development by welcoming and implementing new techniques.
