St Peters Apostle Primary School

Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd was successful in tendering for the contract to project manage & construct the architecturally designed Discovery Centre & Performing Arts Hall for St Peters Apostle Primary School.

This project was a complex project consisting of a Theatrette for performing arts & student learning, along with a communal learning environment in the Discovery Centre, both areas have been designed to provide an optimum learning environment for all students.

The construction of this project consists of metal frame structure with internal timber frame portioning. External cladding comprised of glazed brick work, feature metal cladding aluca bond & matrix compresses sheet. The theatrette was designed to have tiered seating, which ensured the performing arts hall would provide fully maximised comfort for all users.

The Discovery Centre & Performing Arts Hall was delivered on time, on budget & with limited disruption to the life of the school.

I have had the pleasure of engaging Gazelle Construction Pty Ltd as builders on several architects administered projects for this office. The projects were varied in size and complexity. They have proved to be highly professional, competent, and co-operative throughout the projects. All projects were delivered on budget and within the required time frame regardless of scale or complexity.
