Werribee Medical Centre

Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd was engaged to design & construct a new architecturally design medical practice on behalf of Werribee Medical Centre. The new Werribee Medical Centre was designed to utilise as much of the site as possible. It was constructed on the same site as the original Werribee Medical Centre, which allowed patients to be able to continue to attend the original medical Centre while construction of the new Centre progressed. This ensured minimal business interruption.

This was a new centre consisting of seven consultation rooms, & a large reception area compared to the original Werribee Medical Centre, three consulting rooms & a small reception area.

The construction of this project consists of primarily a brick veneer structure with medical grade finishes to accommodate its commercial use, comprising of vinyl flooring, metal door frames, solid doors, covering to all wet areas & resilient finish to joinery.

The Werribee Medical Centre was delivered on time, on budget & with no patient disruption.

I have had the pleasure of engaging Gazelle Construction Pty Ltd as builders on several architects administered projects for this office. The projects were varied in size and complexity.
