Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd successfully tendered for the contract for the design & construction of 39 dwellings for the 1000 Homes for the Homeless initiative put forward by the Victorian state government.

The 1000 Home for the Homeless is an initiative to provide homes for women & children experiencing family violence & other vulnerable people at risk of or experiencing homelessness a place to call home.

All homes are modern with a minimum 7-Star energy rating, making them energy efficient, comfortable & cost-effective homes. The design of these homes makes it easier to cool in summer & keep warm in winter.

I have had the pleasure of engaging Gazelle Construction Pty Ltd as builders on several architects administered projects for this office. The projects were varied in size and complexity. They have proved to be highly professional, competent, and co-operative throughout the projects. All projects were delivered on budget and within the required time frame regardless of scale or complexity. Gazelle Constructions Pty Ltd are reliable and have always displayed the highest professional standards in both technical and administrative building matters. They enjoy the challenge of new assignments and are constantly updating their own development by welcoming and implementing new techniques.
